Computer + Treadmill = Blogercise

Blogger Jonathan Fields has found the true winning combination of the blog world–exercising while blogging. I am always the fan of multitasking, and Jonathan’s method burns 600 calories a day by simply walking at a measly 1 MPH for four hours, five days a week. Now I know I, like Jonathon, spend at least the much time in front of a computer everyday, if not more. Just image what my young legs could do at 2 MPH during an eight hour work day… All that is left to do is to get my company to get this setup for me at work.
